The machine has two
motors, one to drive the knife shaft and the second to drive the grinding
wheel. The assemblies are mounted on a heavy and substantial cast iron base

accommodate circular knives up to 500mm diameter. Other sizes on request |

To achieve maximum
stability and efficiency, the grinding wheel is mounted directly on the
motor |

Adjustments are made
using quick release clamp levers. Accurate facilities are provided for all
grinding angles |

Grinding, feed and limit,
and deburring if required is automatic which avoids the inaccuracies
and variations of hand grinding |
