refurbishment and relocation. Spare parts and consumable items are carried
in stock for swift delivery, including cutting sleeves, cutting fluid,
grinding wheels, blades etc. |

Maintenance Contracts |

ALS maintenance contracts
are designed to ensure that you get the maximum life expected from your
equipment. As part of the contract we physically check each section of
your machine, looking for and correcting potential problems. |

ALS contracts cover the
full range of machinery and are structured to include visits once or twice a
year to thoroughly inspect and service the equipment. |
| |
The objective is to spot
problems and potential trouble areas before they become a critical issue.
The inspections are designed to keep your equipment running at peak
performance at all times. We understand that regular servicing
prevents costly down time. |

ALS engineers work with
your staff during service visits advising them of steps necessary to keep
your equipment in peak condition between visits. |

System Refurbishment |

installed machines. |

Occasionally it may make
sense to take a machine out of service for a short time and invest in it by

machines and give them a new lease of life at a fraction of the cost of a
new machine. |

Equipment Relocation |

We have the ability to
move individual pieces of equipment. If you have purchased a used
slitter and would like it disassembled professionally, moved and installed
properly then ALS can provide a team to do this. |

Operator Training |
| |
ALS provide extensive
operator training following machine delivery and commissioning. Training
includes a step by step guide for using the machine programme and
touchscreen, utilisation of all machine features, ideal cutting conditions
for each type of material in process and advice on maintenance schedules. |

If you have a change of
operator we can provide additional training on site or refresher courses for
existing personnel if required. |

Emergency Breakdown |

If you have an emergency,
you become our top priority. We offer telephone support and if
necessary will despatch a technician to you as soon as possible. |
